ended event,
they got hooked up with a terrible PR company in Taiwan that mess up most part of the event,
so I just fast forward to the result.

There were some big names there...did they mess up everything, or was that just Momoi's stuff? Aoi Eir's Facebook page doesn't really mention much about her actual time there, yet (just that she was going and arrived). I'll have to watch the videos later. :P

no proper advertisement that nobody know about this event,

the ticket selling info is like a hell, unclear about which part you can enter,

schedule confirmed at the last minute that make you have no idea about what you will see in which day before the event,

missing locker which is a VIP ticket right,

incorrect event info, here is an example,

failed to deliver on time for the show, some booth have no thing to show or sell,

power loss in entire hall,

audio issue for multiple times across all three days at main stage,
buzz, losing sound, Aoi Eir got a song losing music part half way, and she complete signing it in professional way,

not so well stage area management,
there is a footbridge nearby main stage they forgot to constrain for usage that making watch main stage show for free literately,

unprofessional talk show flow and translation,

bad time management for autograph,

out of receipt while you trying to buy goods for autograph,

there are probably something I missed, but this is enough,
the rumor says about they change the PR company at last minute just before the event,
so there must be a huge shit happened

by the way, I got Aoi Eir recorded too,

the event doesn't have any restriction about photograph most of the part as long as you do it for personal usage,
except some talk show like sakura tange which is not allowed.

I can share it privately, my guess is sony will send me a copyright warning if I upload it to youtube.

Wow, sounds like a big mess!!
Poor Momoi, she has had to put up with a lot on her overseas shows, I'm surprised she still does them so frequently. :(
It does make me appreciate how (usually) the organizers in Japan are professional... or at least, seem professional to the customers! haha.
